Dutch Mill, circa early 1940’s. I’m including this photo of Carl Kamm even though it was not taken at the South 10th St. Address. It was taken at the Dutch Mill on Memorial Drive which Carl Kamm was running in the early 1940’s before he had opened Kamm’s Tap. That’s him in the white shirt on the right, with his wife, Annabelle, in the polka dot dress next to him on the left.

TIJUANA ROSE BAJA GRILL & CANTINA – Back in 1999, Steve Kuehnl and his family purchased the Hamilton House Bar. They opened for business on June 2nd, 1999. They retained the Hamilton House name until 2002 when they renamed the bar the “Tijuana Rose Baja Grill & Cantina”. This successful bar and grill remained in operation until December 12, 2015 when they retired.
